The Golden city by the straits of Bosphorus, situated on two continents ,Europe and the Near East.

Since we might believe that the vikings brought with them cats to Norway, that might have mated the Norwegian wild cats, and by that being part the NFOs heritage.

It is rather a fairytale tribute to a part of it`s origin mabye.

And a enigmatic beautiful very old mysterious city. A cool name for such a very very cool cat.

Istanbul is in a way named after his mother Byzants, but in it`s  renamed and very masculine form.

Beautiful Istanbul at 16 weeks now ready to leave us and move to his new owner in Switzerland.

Istanbul out with daddy Slode in the dusky rain. Slode loves his boys very much, and often plays with them , wash a lot and care.

Here he made the photos almost impossible, because he was impressing his son Istanbul, with chatting and climbing all over, even up the " wall" and  into  the plants in the background.

Super sweet and very funny, but with a lot of unclear photos of both daddy Slode and his active son.

On top of that Slodes grandson, and Istanbuls close relative, Juventus, came a long as well. They turned the table by jumping back and forth in the end ...........

Beautiful Istanbul 13 weeks now. He will stay a couple of weeks more, so he might get his pictures taken now and then, while still being here waiting for his new family.

Beaitiful Istanbul ( Stan) now 12 weeks young. 1599 grams.He will move by the end of July to Switzerland.

He`s had his rabies vaccine, and tomorrow he`ll get his pasport as well.

Beautiful Stan / Istanbul went into a hyper active mood today. Usually he loves the attention and so, but ohhhhh his brothers, Juventus and Gregorius made him full of activity, and he was all over the place. Up, down, over and down under.

Luckily my camera and I manged some of him, but that is pure luck this time. He`s a wonderful super charming  little bandit at the moment. AND he ran off with the playsticks as well............... twice!!!

1557 grams in the evening on his first day at 11 th weeks.

Istanbul on his second day outside at 10 1/2 weeks.

Beautiful Istanbul 1371 grams at 10 weeks and 1 day

He was  the first to "inherit" his fathers eye infection chaught outside in the cold draft, so he`s first to recover from it. Here he is at 10 weeks, and so very very lovely.

Beautiful Istanbul poor boy was the first we noticed had an irritated eye, last week. We were ordered to use saly wather, but he`s now on medication, and his other eye is a bit irritated as well. So just a few photos of him.

But he`s a very cuddely baby boy, and loves to sip a bit on mummy. When he`s not doing that he plays a lot, and chats a lot.

So wonderful and sweet, and funny.

1239 grams at 9 weeks.

A very busy active and wonderful Istanbul, was super playful today. Jumping all over.

He`s caught a cold draft in the eye the day before yesterday, so he`s getting some salty wather in his eyes on vets request, but tomorrow he`s got a date with the vet himself.

He`s still very happy, so pictures were taken, but with a little bit irritated eye then.

1169 grams at at lunch time ,on his first day as an  8 weeks old kitten.

Istanbul loved to play a bit with me for photos, and he even wanted a snack break, befor session two.

Wondeful Istanbul 6 weeks is such a busy kittyboy now 865 grams. Spending much of his time being a great charmer and trying to impress us by all his new skils.

Beautiful Istanbul 442 grams this morning on his first day at 2 weeks.

Istanbul has opened his eyes and loves to look right back at you and chat a bit, but he wanted mummys milk also, and the coulds made the pictures dark.

So just two of him today.

Istanbul one week old today and 321 grams in the morning.

Istanbul  1 day old looooves the sun and his spots, being very busy, and then he wanted more milk.
